A relaxed approach to growth
My style is relaxed and friendly, with the relationship and rapport we build together at the core of our work.
As well as talking through your concerns, I offer a solution-focused approach where we explore what's working well for you and how to build on this to help improve how you are feeling.
I am flexible in how I work, offering weekly or fortnightly sessions, for brief or long-term support to suit your needs.

Be your true self, here
I want you to feel that you can come to me and be completely safe to be your true self and knowing it's okay to share.
If you identify as neurodivergent, or you are exploring this, you may be looking for a space where you don't have to explain or mask parts of yourself. This is something I hold in mind deeply in my work.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood and supported.
