Frequency of appointments
Appointments can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

What happens after booking
Once we have agreed a date/time for your first counselling appointment, I will send you an email to confirm your appointment and provide a Zoom link, along with a counselling agreement and privacy notice to read through prior to commencing therapy.
