Can be booked as an initial appointment and for follow-up appointments.

90-minute Therapeutic Consultation
Can be booked as an initial appointment only, followed by 60-minute follow-up appointments.
Includes personalised resources sent after session.

Please note I am offering EMDR Therapy at a reduced-rate for enquiries sent before 3rd October 2026, due to completing my training.
For enquiries before 3rd October, 60-minute appointments will be provided at £40 per session until December 2026, continuing at £60 per session from January 2027.

Frequency of appointments
Appointments can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or possibly monthly, although please know that it is recommended for therapy to be regular and consistent.
If you have any concerns about session fees or frequency of payments as outlined above, please do message me to see if your circumstances can be accommodated.
What happens after booking
Once we have agreed a date/time for your first counselling appointment, I will send you an email to confirm your appointment and provide a Zoom link, along with a Counselling Agreement and Counselling Privacy Statement to read through prior to commencing therapy.
